Job Title: Ayurveda/Naturopathy Consultant (Part-time | Full-time)
Location: Karma Lakeland - Gurugram (preferably staying close to Sector 80, Gurugram)
Engagement Type: Consultant (30–35 hrs per month)
Reports To: Wellness Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Ayurveda/Naturopathy Consultant Doctor to join our world-class wellness retreat. The ideal candidate will lead the development of the Ayurveda/Naturopathy vertical, contributing through research, creation of standardized treatment protocols (SOPs), and designing personalized healing journeys for our guests.
This role requires a deep understanding of natural healing sciences, lifestyle medicine, detoxification therapies, and preventive wellness practices, along with the ability to integrate naturopathy with modern wellness therapies and traditional healing systems.
Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong passion for holistic healing are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct detailed consultations and assessments to understand guest health concerns and lifestyle patterns.
● Develop individualized ayurveda/naturopathy treatment plans, including diet therapy, detox protocols, lifestyle recommendations, and natural therapies.
● Design and standardize naturopathy treatment protocols (SOPs) for areas such as detoxification, weight management, stress management, sleep disorders, and metabolic health.
● Collaborate with Ayurveda doctors, modern science experts, therapists, and wellness practitioners to create integrated wellness programs.
● Guide therapists in executing ayurveda/naturopathy therapies including hydrotherapy, mud therapy, fasting protocols, diet therapy, and lifestyle interventions.
● Monitor guest progress and make adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal wellness outcomes.
● Participate in wellness workshops, talks, and educational sessions for guests to promote preventive health and holistic living.
● Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards related to naturopathy practices.
● Stay updated with the latest advancements in naturopathy, lifestyle medicine, and preventive health, ensuring the retreat’s offerings remain globally relevant and world-class.
Qualifications:
● BAMS/ BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) from a recognized institution.
● Valid license or certification to practice naturopathy.
● 6–8 years of experience as an Ayurveda/Naturopathy Consultant Doctor, preferably in a wellness retreat, naturopathy center, or integrative wellness facility.
● In-depth knowledge of natural therapies, detoxification techniques, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and holistic health practices.
● Experience in designing wellness programs and therapeutic protocols.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
